Immigration Advisory Services
Our Immigration Advisory services are provided through Greenstone Global, a division of Greenstone Recruitment Limited. Graydon and Vanessa have experience on a wide range of immigration applications, including Permanent Residence and Temporary Permit applications. We are available to assist you in ensuring that your application is processed as smoothly as possible. We pride ourselves on our drive to see your application succeed, on our personal service and our competitive fees. From 1 May 2009, by law, anyone offering immigration advice must be licensed to do so by the Immigration Advisers Authority.
Vanessa Sharratt has been granted a full license and is able to assist you with all your immigration needs, but focusing specifically on permanent residence applications.Immigration Adviser number: 200800527
Graydon Sharratt has been licensed by the Immigration Advisers Authority to deal with all temporary permit applications, ie student, visitors and work permit applications.Immigration Adviser number: 200900399
Permanent Residence Applications
Our services are split into the following stages:
Initial assessment
We undertake an in-depth initial assessment, in order to determine, with a degree of certainty, the number of points you are able to claim during the Expression of Interest Phase. This is to ensure that you do not waste time and money applying for points that you are unlikely to be awarded, and therefore fall short of the requisite points for obtaining permanent residence. We also review your documentation and advise where further supporting documentation is required.
Expression of Interest Phase
For Skilled Migrants, we will guide you through the NZQA process, complete the Expression of Interest online for you and liaise with Immigration New Zealand with a view to securing your invitation to apply for residence.
Application for Residence Phase
During the application for residence phase we will guide you to obtain the appropriate documentation in a format which will limit the need for Immigration NZ to ask for additional information. We will make certified copies for you and we keep a full copy of your application to Immigration New Zealand. We also liaise with Immigration NZ on your behalf, and are able to use our experience and knowledge to act in your best interests during the process, until we obtain your Permanent Residence permits.
Our Fees
Our temporary permit fees are standard fees depending on the type of permit.
We split our permanent residence advisory fees so that we are incentivised to ensure the success of our application. We charge our fees in 3 stages:
- Initial Assessment
- Expression of Interest
- Application Stage
Our fees include all disbursements that we may incur to complete your application, such as photocopying, telephone calls etc. There are therefore no hidden costs. Our fees do not include any fees payable to Immigration New Zealand, NZQA, translators etc. However, we will consult with you before incurring any expenses on your behalf. The application for permanent residence is an expensive process and we strive to ensure that no unnecessary costs are incurred.

Temporary Permit Applications
We will advise you and on all temporary permit requirements including:
- Work permits
- Variation of conditions
- Student permits
- Visitors permits
Our services include advising you as to the likelihood of success of your temporary application, assisting you with the completion of forms, advising you at the supporting documentation required, submitting the application and liaising with Immigration NZ on your behalf.
